    During the week of Spring Break the LaRue County Hawk baseball team traveled to Bardstown to compete in the 2018 Keaton Hall Wood Bat Memorial Tournament.

    Golf Scramble

       The 24th annual LaRue County Chamber of Commerce Golf Scramble will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 at the LaRue County Golf Course located at 1175 Greensburg Road, Hodgenville. For more information contact the Chamber at 270-358-3411.

    Pickle ball LaRue County

    A beginner’s class for pickle ball is being held at the Board of Education office on College Street in Hodgenville at 5 p.m. on Sundays. Regular sessions are held on Monday and Thursday at 5 p.m. All equipment is provided.

  • LCMS volleyball season ends

    As postseason play began last week for the LCMS Girls Volleyball team the 7th grade Lady Hawks faced a tough first round opponent in the Lady Panthers from T.K. Stone.

    In the first set the Lady Panthers jumped out quickly taking control of the first set thus defeating the Lady Hawks by a score of (21-5). In the second set the Lady Hawks continued to battle, but the Lady Panthers pulled away for a (21-9) victory securing the match against the Lady Hawks.

  • Lady Hawks for 4-2 in tourney

    The Lady Hawks varsity softball team finally got the chance to make it on the field last weekend as they went 4-2 in the Clay County Tournament at the Cane Creek Sportsplex in Cookeville, Tennessee on Saturday, March 31.

    With the exception of the Lady Hawks softball tournament and another LaRue County Hawks tennis match, no other spring sports competed last week because of the continuous rain and inclement weather.
