UPDATE Hodgenville man arrested in connection with killing, home invasion

The three other suspects wanted in connection with the death of a Morehead man after a home invasion are in custody.

The Morehead News reported Jaque Abrams, 19, has been charged with murder. He is lodged in the Rowan County Detention Center.

Julius ‘Jubee’ Kolowitz, 20, turned himself in. Anthony ‘Rell’ Paysen, 19, was arrested in his hometown of Hodgenville.


Kentucky State Police in Morehead have arrested an Elizabethtown teenager in a Sunday killing of a 20-year-old man in Morehead.

Marcus D. Stewart, 18, of Elizabethtown and Demario M. Powell, 18, of Morehead, were arrested Tuesday night. They are charged with the murder of Bo Otis, who was shot in the head inside his mobile home during a home invasion, according to The Morehead News. Otis died at the University of Kentucky Hospital.

KSP also is seeking information on the location of three area men wanted in connection to the killing and has obtained arrest warrants for Anthony ‘Rell’ Paysen, 19, of Hodgenville, Julius ‘Jubee’ Kolowitz, 20, of Elizabethtown, and Jaque Abrams, 19, of Elizabethtown.

According to KSP, all suspects should be considered armed and dangerous and contact or sightings of these men should be reported to KSP.
