Three indicted by a LaRue grand jury

 Three people were indicted June 17 by a LaRue County grand jury.

Christopher Zacharia Metcalf (1988) of Upton was charged with third-degree assault and first-degree criminal mischief. He is accused of spitting at Hodgenville Officer Brandon Casey and damaging property owned by the police department on May 10.

Bond was set at $5,000 cash only.

Jeffrey Dean Dailey (1980) of Glendale was charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; failure to wear seatbelt; and second-degree persistent felony offender. The alleged offenses occurred May 2.

Bail was set at $9,500 cash only.

Kentucky State Police Motor Vehicle Enforcement investigated.

Christopher Michael Sallee (1986) of Hodgenville was charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance; and possession of drug paraphernalia. The alleged offenses occurred Dec. 3, 2012.

Bond remains the same as set in LaRue District Court.

The LaRue County Sheriff’s office investigated. 

Arraignment is July 1 in LaRue Circuit Court.
