Future Hawks Basketball Camp

The Future Hawks Basketball Camp will be held from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Wednesday, June 3 – 5 at the LaRue County High School gym. The camp is for boys entering 2nd through 8th grades. Volleyball and Cornhole tournaments

LaRue County Relay for Life is searching for volleyball teams and cornhole players for their upcoming June 15 Relay event.  The cornhole tournament will be a blind draw with a 50% overall payback. The cost is only $10 to register. For more information contact Ronnie Heibert at 270-734-1582.

The volleyball tournament teams must consist of six players with at least two females. Winning team will receive a 50% payback. The cost is only $10 per player. For more information contact Bobby Dobson at 270-735-2241.

Athletic Department Seeking Photos

The LCHS Athletic Department is seeking digital or hard copies of LCHS Varsity Athletic team pictures, along with Senior Class composite pictures taken at Lincoln Farm. Photos will be uploaded on the new touchpro system that houses the history of LCHS Athletics, along with individual and class pictures of senior classes. Park and Recreation Board

The LaRue County Park and Recreation Board meets at 7 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the Park. For more information, call Brience Willian at 270-734-1763.

Pickelball

Pickelball will be played at 6 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings each week. Beginner training will be on Tuesdays. The location is at the Board of Education building on College Street in Hodgenville. The cost is only $1. For more information contact Larry Vertrees at 270-735-3394.
