Shoffner sentence continued

The sentencing for former LaRue County Sheriff Bobby Shoffner has been continued. Shoffner was scheduled to be sentenced in federal court for embezzlement at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27.

According to Stephanie Collins, Public Affairs Officer with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Shoffner is now scheduled to be formally sentenced at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 24 in the Gene Snyder U.S. Courthouse in Louisville.
