O'Bryan case dismissed on 1.25.16

The case against Matthew Reece O'Bryan, the court dismissed this action without prejudice on Jan. 25, 2016.


A Lyons Station man was charged Feb. 12 with several counts.

Matthew Reece O’Bryan, 19, was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance, third degree; tampering with physical evidence; possession of marijuana; buy or possession of drug paraphernalia; illegal possession of legendary drug; first-degree forgery; and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

The Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at 100 Old Ky. 52N where O’Bryan and Vickie Culver-Morgan, 53, were present.

Culver-Morgan was charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance; tampering with physical evidence; and buy or possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to a police citation, officers found seven 10-milligram hydrocodone pills in a bathroom vent of the residence.

Both were lodged in the LaRue County Detention Center. O’Bryan’s bond was set at $25,000 unsecured; Culver-Morgan’s was set at $5,000 cash.

They are scheduled to appear March 11 in LaRue District Court.
