Jaxon Boley told his dad and coach, Scott, that his arm was getting tired.

And rightfully so, after the 9-year-old right-hander Boley saw action on the mound three straight days for the LaRue County All-Stars.

It didn’t matter Saturday night.

Boley struck out nine in four innings to lead host LaRue County past the Elizabethtown Area Baseball Commission All-Stars, 8-5 in the finals of the District 10 tournament at Alvis Shelton Field.
