Cody Carter, 22, of Hartford was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He remains lodged in LCDC.

Joey Dale Childress, 42, of Leitchfield was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of a controlled substance not in proper container. He was released from LCDC. Arresting agency was the Kentucky State Police.

Matthew A. Dickerson, 43, of New Haven was charged with operating a vehicle with an expired operators license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from LCDC on bond. Arresting agency was the LaRue County Sheriff’s Office.

Jason England, 34, of Hodgenville was charged with no registration plates, not registration receipt, failure to notify address change to department of transportation, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle. He was release from LCDC. Arresting agency was the LaRue County Sheriff’s Office.

Annette N. Enlow, 31, of Hodgenville was charged with fourth-degree assault. She was released from LCDC on bond. Arresting agency was the LaRue County Sheriff’s Office.

Jody Lane Riggs, 45, of Mt. Sherman was charged with two counts contempt of court

Erb Roution, 43, of Greensburg was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of marijuana. He was released from LCDC. Arresting agency was the LaRue County Sheriff’s Office.

David Archie Spalding, 48, of Hodgnville was charged with fourth-degree assault, he was released from LCDC on bond. Arresting agency was the LaRue County Sheriff’s Office.

Latasha Taher, 35, of Buffalo was charged with custodial interference, she was released from LCDC on bond. Arresting agency was the LaRue County Sheriff’s Office.

William S. Strange, 27, of Elizabethtown was charged with no registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, operating on suspended or revoked operating license and no registration receipt. He was released from LCDC. Arresting agency was the Hodgenville Police Department.
