Jason Brian Young, 29, of Hodgenville was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia. He remains lodged in LCDC.

James B. Turner, 43, of Magnolia was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia. He remains lodged in LCDC.

Shane Douglas Thacker, 28, of Hodgenville was charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to maintain the required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked license and failure to surrender revoked operators license. He remains lodged in LCDC.

Mickey Steven Tedder, 64, of Hodgenville was arrested for a parole violation. He remains lodged in LCDC.

Jason A. Klawitter, 38, of Christiansburg, VA was charged with fourth degree assault, failure to wear seatbelts, first degree fleeing or evading police, first degree possession of a controlled substance and first degree promoting contraband. He remains lodged in LCDC.

Rodney Hornback, 48, of Hodgenville was charged with speeding 15 mph over limit, careless driving and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He remains lodged in LCDC.

Marissa H. Young, 24, of Hodgenville was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia. She was later released from LCDC.

Stephanie E. Wolfe, 39, of Columbia was arrested on a bench warrant. She was later released from LCDC.

Jeffery Skaggs, 55, of Campbellsville was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. He was later released from LCDC.

Arville Simmons, 18, of Murray was charged with fourth degree assault. He was later released from LCDC.

Damarcus McCray, 18, of Hodgenville was charged with possession of marijuana, rear license not illuminated and operating on a suspended or revoked license. He was later released from LCDC.

Jacqueline Livers, 54, of Campbellsville was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. She was later released from LCDC.

Robert A. Kincaid Jr., 46, of Sonora was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia, possession/use of radio that send or receives police messages and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was later released from LCDC.

Rudean Ford, 20, of Little Rock, Arkansas was charged with possession or marijuana and tampering with physical evidence. He was later released from LCDC.

Ethan Cundiff, 20, of Hodgenville was charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance. He was later released from LCDC.

David Cundiff, 35, of Hodgenville was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. He was later released from LCDC.

Victor L. Constant, 56, of Hodgenville was charged with second degree disorderly conduct. He was later released from LCDC.

Jeremy C. Caldwell, 19, of Hodgenville was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and intermediate license violations. He was later released from LCDC.

James Ronald Butler, 36, of Hodgenville was charged with tampering with physical evidence, cultivating in marijuana and first degree possession of a controlled substance. He was later released from LCDC.

Valdivia T. Ascencion, 25, of Bonnieville was charged with no operators or moped license and possession of cancelled or fictitious operators license.
