Dustin Hawk Wheat, 24, of Elizabethtown was lodged for warrants on first degree fleeing or evading police, second degree terroristic threatening, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the required insurance, failure to produce an insurance card, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and reckless driving. He was later released from LCDC.

Kaushal Suresh Patel, 28, of Macon, Georgia was lodged for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the required insurance and reckless driving. He was later released from LCDC.

Lucas Milby, 27, of Greensburg was lodged for first degree fleeing or evading police and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was later released from LCDC.

Christopher Z. Metcalf, 29, of Hodgenville was lodged for alcohol intoxication in a public place, second degree disorderly conduct and third degree terroristic threatening. He was later released from LCDC.

William Embry, 60, of Hodgenville was lodged for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was later released from LCDC.

Eric Scott Witt, 45, of Columbia was lodged for failure to wearing a seatbelt and driving on a DUI suspended license. He remains lodged in LCDC.

Deella Dawn Chandler, 34 was lodged for possession of drug paraphernalia. He remains lodged in LCDC.

Brandon N. Nelson, 21, of Harned was lodged for violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. He remains lodged in LCDC.

Justin Greathouse, 26, of Hodgenville was lodged for a warrant for another police agency, failure to maintain the required insurance, no registration plates and failure to notify the department of transportation of address change. He remains lodged in LCDC.

John Howard Aubrey, 53, of Hodgenville was lodged for a court ordered appearance. He remains lodged in LCDC.

Joseph E. Hendricks II, 31, of Hodgenville was lodged for second degree fleeing or evading police, possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of flagrant non support, second degree assault, theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000 and menacing. He remains lodged in LCDC.
