Vincent Alexander Evans, 25 of Hodgenville was charged with first and second offence alcohol intoxication in a public place. He was later released from LCDC on bond. Arresting agency was the LaRue County Sheriff’s Department.

Erik B. Mitchell, 31, of Upton was charged with first-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree terroristic threatening and resisting arrest. He remains lodged in LCDC on bond. Arresting agency was LaRue County Sheriff’s Department.

Monica Spencer, 32, of Hodgenville was charged with careless driving and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. She was later released from LCDC on bond. Arresting agency was Kentucky State Police.
