Grand Jury indicts four in June

Several people were indicted June 18 by a LaRue County grand jury. They are:

Jetto Dye (1983) of Hodgenville was indicted on one count of attempted first-degree rape (victim under 12); attempted murder; kidnapping; first-degree sexual abuse; and resisting arrest. The alleged offenses occurred on June 2 and 3. Bail was set at $500,000 cash. He is ordered to remain drug and alcohol free and observe a dusk-to-dawn curfew.
Kentucky State Police investigated.
Arraignment is set for July 2 in LaRue Circuit Court.
   James Alex Clifford (1988) of Hodgenville was indicted on one count of perjury. The alleged offenses occurred on May 21. Bail was set at $9,500 cash.
     LaRue County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
Arraignment is set for July 2 in LaRue Circuit Court.
  Tiffany Underwood (1988) of Hodgenville was indicted on one count of perjury. The alleged offenses occurred on May 21. Bail was set at $9,500 cash.

Arraignment is set for July 2 in LaRue Circuit Court.
  Megan Floyce Hall (1985) of Dalton, Ga. was indicted on one count of perjury. The alleged offenses occurred on June 8. Bail was set at $5,000 cash.
Arraignment is set for July 2 in LaRue Circuit Court.
  Jefferey William Metcalf (1971) of Hodgenville was indicted on one count of fleeing and evading police. The alleged offenses occurred on May 7. Bail was set at $5,000 cash.

Arraignment is set for July 2 in LaRue Circuit Court.
  Kimberly A. Reuter (1966) of Buffalo was indicted on two counts of theft by unlawful taking; one count of harassing communications. The alleged offenses occurred between Feb. 15 and April 21, 2010. Bond will be set at arraignment.
