 Guilty plea

Larry Steven Williams (1950) pleaded guilty Jan. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court to an amended charge of attempt to criminal mischief, first degree. Recommended sentence is six months to be conditionally discharged, probated. He was ordered to make restitution of $1,310. Final sentencing conducted.

 

Failed to appear

James Gilbert Debow (1951) failed to appear Feb. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court. Bond was set at $25,000 cash only. He was declared a fugitive. Debow is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and complicity.

 

Failed to appear

Michael Allen Flynn Jr. (1976) failed to appear Feb. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued. The amount owed was applied to financial conditions.

 

Bench warrant issued

A bench warrant was issued Feb. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court for Christ T. Gray (1977). Bond was set at $9,500 cash only and he was declared a fugitive. Probation violation per probation and parole.

 

Failed to appear

Atari Markeem Hardin (1982) failed to appear Feb. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court. A bench warrant was issued. Bond was set at $6,000 cash only. He was declared a fugitive.

Timothy Andrew Powell was found in contempt Feb. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court where he is involved in a civil suit. He was ordered to serve 90 days or pay $498 within 30 days.

 

Sentenced to five years

John Milburn Coyle (1986) was sentenced to five years Feb. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court after being found guilty of facilitate to manufacture methamphetamine. He was also sentenced to 12 months for complicity, possession of drug paraphernalia, and complicity, possession of controlled substance, third degree.

All time will be served concurrently and probated.

He was ordered to serve 365 days in the LaRue County Detention Center and pay a partial public defender fee of $200.

 

Amended charge

Cory Lawler (1978) pleaded guilty Feb. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court to an amended count of first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, less than 4 grams. A count of persistent felony offender, first degree, was dismissed. Work release was approved. Presentencing investigation ordered. Final sentencing is April 7.

 

Failed to appear

Derek M. Shelton (1981) failed to appear Feb. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court. He was charged in 2013 with theft by unlawful taking or disposition. He was ordered to serve 179 days or pay $555. A bench warrant was issued and he was declared a fugitive.

 

Failed to appear

Kathy Stillwell (1983) failed to appear Feb. 17 in LaRue Circuit Court. She faces a charge of flagrant nonsupport. A bench warrant was issued and bond set at $10,500 cash only.
