Apple Crisp

1 box yellow cake mix

1 pound sugar

3 (20 Oz) cans apples or peaches, sliced pie size

1 1/2 quick oatmeal

2 sticks butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Put apples in 10x14 inch pan.

Place in oven and heat fruit thoroughly, while fruit is heating, melt butter, add dry ingredients, mix well. Remove fruit from oven and spread mixture over fruit. Return to oven and back for 30-35 minutes

Serve warm
