  • Perez: No time off for talented...

Raymundo Perez had a choice — football or soccer. Only the sly LaRue County junior found another option.

Soccer players who kick for the football team are far from uncommon. Fellow LaRue County student Curtis Milby does it. As do North Hardin’s Justin Musselman, John Hardin’s Jacob Drexler and Fort Knox’s Cody Lewis.

However, none of those four actually play the field during football.
