After the game, the players sat in shock, tears streamed from most of the players’  eyes, the coaching staff stood speechless, as Fort Knox had a well-deserved celebration on Lady Hawk field.

  • Zipp Duncan signs with Eagles

Zipp Duncan, former Elizabethtown High School standout and Kentucky offensive lineman, signed a free agent contract with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Among the 11 undrafted free agents the team announced it had signed, Duncan was one of only three offensive linemen and the only offensive guard.

Duncan, who played tight end and defensive end at Elizabethtown, moved to the offensive line in his redshirt sophomore season at Kentucky. He started 39 straight games on the offensive line and was among the first Wildcat class to appear in four bowl games.
