Mother Nature must not be a basketball fan.

After postponing and canceling games during the regular season, Mother Nature has done the same in the postseason, pushing back the opening games of the 5th and 3rd Region tournaments after the area was hit with snow, sleet and ice.

“You just have to deal with what Mother Nature gives you,” LaRue County coach Paul Childress said. “Everyone is dealing with it. There’s nothing you can do about it. You just have to be able to roll with it.”
