Sarah Anthony first made a cake for a friend who thought she had done an amazing job.
“People kept talking about what a great cake it was, so I decided to take some classes on baking cakes and decorating,” Anthony said.
She started baking cakes at night using the kitchen at Paula’s Hot Biscuit in Hodgenville. When a store front became available in Elizabethtown she moved there and expanded her business. In the four years she was there she had made quite a name for herself, drawing in customers from as far as Louisville.
