“What kind of school is St. Ann?” Mrs. Diane Gant asked student Cole Brady, the school’s lone kindergartener.
Brady smiled and said, “Best.”
The small Howardstown school is easy to miss, if you don’t know what to look for. There are no signs announcing its presence and from the road, it looks like any other building. A fenced-in playground sits behind the schoolhouse, the only sign that children are inside.
