Try this new take on an old family favorite for the week of Saint Patrick’s Day, or any day that you want to add some color to your plate. Green peas add the festive color and slightly sweet flavor, while garlic and pepper add some zip.

1 cup skim milk, divided
2 garlic cloves, peeled
