Trail ride for Christ enters 11th year

On Aug. 9, Bobbie Walsh will host his 11th annual Trail Ride for Christ at Double J Stables and Horsemen’s Camp at Mammoth Cave.

The ride typically draws as many as 80 people each year, according to his wife, Cookie Walsh.

“It seems like there’s quite a bit of interest this year,” she said.

The event includes an optional trail ride, an evening meal provided by Butch Nunn at 4, music by Carson Howard at 5, and a worship service featuring a message by Reverend Billy Curle at 6. (All Central times).
