Baseball, softball teams advance to district championship game

The Hawks baseball team and Lady Hawks softball team each advance to the 18th District Tourney Championship game Tuesday at Caverna.

The Hawks defeated Hart County 5-4 Monday. LaRue faces Green County at 5 p.m. May 21.

Green beat Caverna 10-1 to reach the finals.

The Lady Hawks defeated Caverna 4-2. LaRue faces Green County at 5 p.m.

Green beat Hart County 7-1 to reach finals.
