Hodgenville Mayor Terry L. Cruse and City Clerk MaDonna Hornback pleaded not guilty at their arraignment Tuesday in LaRue Circuit Court.
The two were charged with numerous felonies last month following a six-month long investigation by Kentucky State Police.
Cruse and Hornback are accused of unlawfully using the City’s fuel credit card, and claiming expenses for use of their private vehicles at a higher rate than allowed by the state.
Cruse is also accused of campaign violations stemming from his campaign for LaRue County sheriff.
