During a pre-trial conference Jan. 16 in Nelson County, the double-murder trial for Kenneth R. Gribbins of New Haven was continued to March 30.
A jury trial had been scheduled to begin Monday, a date set in November.
According to court records, Gribbins entered a home on June 23, 2007, at 292 J.T. Riggs Road with two pistols, a .22 caliber and a .38 caliber, before he shot and killed Robert Anthony “Bobby” Nalley, 36, and William Jaggers, 45, who died at the scene.
