Skyler Hornback, a LaRue County High School senior from Sonora, was recently named as a 2018 U.S. Presidential Scholar.
Hornback, the son of Jeff and Barbara Hornback, was one of five Gatton Academy seniors that were named as a presidential scholar candidate.
The U.S. Presidential Scholars Program was established in 1964, by executive order of the President, to recognize and honor some of the nation’s most distinguished graduating high school seniors.
