The LaRue County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a home break-in that occurred on Dec. 17.
According to Chief Deputy Russell McCoy, someone kicked in the back door of a house on McCubbins Road between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Several items were taken including a 12-string guitar, presents from under a Christmas tree and a jewelry box “full of jewelry.”
Deputy Robby Brownfield is investigating.
