    Travis Scott Saettel, 23, of Magnolia was charged with no registration plates, failure to maintain required insurance, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, first degree possession of a controlled substance  (methamphetamine), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. He remains lodged in LCDC.

  • Meth cases dominate LaRue Grand Jury docket

    The LaRue County Grand Jury indicted 22 people on February 20, including eight people on manufacturing meth charges.

    The Grand Jury indicted four people for complicity to manufacture meth in a case that was investigated by Hodgenville Police Sergeant James Richardson after a meth lab was discovered next to the LaRue County Courthouse on January 27.

  • Hodgenville woman sentenced for embezzling over $540,000

    The former bookkeeper of an Elizabethtown health provider was sentenced this week to 12 months and one day in prison and ordered to pay $541,224.88 in restitution by Senior Judge Thomas B. Russell, for embezzling funds through wire fraud announced United States Attorney John E. Kuhn, Jr.

    Jeanne E. Goodsell, of Hodgenville was charged in a seven count criminal information, on May 8, 2015 and entered a guilty plea to all charges on June 4, 2015.

  • LaRue County Circuit Court Briefs

    John G. Price had a review for permanent counsel and he will be represented by Mark Rice. He is charged with complicity to manufacture methamphetamine, first degree complicity of a controlled substance, complicity of unlawful possession of a meth precursor and drug paraphernalia.

    Christopher J. Die was scheduled for a show cause hearing and had a bench warrant previously issued. He was declared a fugitive.

    Tina M. Cunningham, 47, of Hodgenville was charged with theft by deception. She was released from LDCD on bond.

    Jermaine P. Dyer, 32, of Radcliff was charged with flagrant nonsupport, he remains lodged in LCDC.
