A grand jury will hear charges of second-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking against two Hodgenville men.
Kevin LeeWayne Lewis, 21, and Joseph L. Sheldon, 20, are accused of entering a residence on Upton-Talley Road and taking an iPod Nano and a small collector’s John Deere mailbox with change in it.
Probable cause was found Nov. 3 in LaRue District Court to send the charges to a higher court. Bond was set at $25,000 with no release until a GPS has been provided to the men. They were ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim or location.
