Hodgenville’s former mayor and former city clerk will serve 30 days in the Nelson County Detention Center.
Terry L. Cruse and MaDonna Hornback pleaded guilty Tuesday afternoon to numerous felony counts after defense attorneys and prosecutors worked out an agreement.
The two were charged with abuse of public trust after allegedly misusing the city’s fleet gas card. Cruse, who was in his second term, was removed from office in May; Hornback also lost her job.
