Five people were indicted Monday, Aug. 18, by a LaRue County grand jury.
Victor Ross Cox (1965) of Hodgenville, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property and first-degree persistent felony offender.
The alleged offenses occurred July 24.
Bail was set at $25,000 cash only, upon condition of dusk-to-dawn curfew and no contact with alleged victim.
Kentucky State Police investigated.
