Hawks back to winning

The LCHS Hawks varsity baseball team got back to their winning ways after previously losing three straight games.

The Hawks beat John Hardin 12-5 Monday night. After being down five runs, Colby Skaggs provided the spark that the Hawks needed as he hit his first homerun of his career and finished 3-4 with five RBIs to lead the Hawks to a blowout victory. The Hawks scored eight runs on eight hits, taking a 12-5 lead in the sixth inning.

The Hawks also rallied back to beat Central Hardin 11-7 last Saturday.
