    14 oz chocolate candy coating

    2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal

    Melt candy coating, add cereal, stir well. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper, chill till set.

    LaRue County Churches are joining together to pray over the school campuses on Wednesday, August 2. The program will begin at the LaRue County Central Office parking lot, located on Central Avenue in Hodgenville, at 6 p.m. Following a short program, teams will break off to pray at ALES, HES, LCMS and LCHS. For more information call Jonathan Carl at 270-325-3626.

    Dr. Elizabeth Kubler-Ross, an American-Swiss psychiatrist, a pioneer in near-death studies and author of the book, Death and Dying, said “People are like stained-glass windows.  They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within.”
