  • Satan knows he has a short time (Revelation 12:12).

The devil’s days are numbered. We see so much confusion and evil in our world because Satan knows he doesn’t have much time left before God sends him to hell forever. Therefore, he is trying to do as much damage as he can now. As a result, we note an increase in crime, immorality, violence, war racism, strife and other evils in our day.

Mankind has turned their backs on God and Satan is unleashing hellish forces before the end. The believer’s job is to counterattack with militant spiritual warfare.

According to Rita Williams, member of Hodgenville Christian Church and director of the LaRue County Chamber of Commerce, the first step in the process is to tear down an old storage building behind the church. • Fifty million Americans claim “I am born again,” according to a poll by George Gallup.

“But you don’t see anything in their lifestyle,” Gallup said.

A born again Christian goes to church, prays, studies the Bible, witnesses to others and gives to the cause of Christ. Jesus said in Matthew 7:21, “Not everyone who says, ‘Lord, Lord’ will enter into the kingdom of God.”

  • Exodus 20:14 says, “Do not commit adultery.”

The command of God is about as specific as a command can get. He does not simply suggest to us that we should not do it; he demands it.

The reason that adultery is such a serious sin is that marriage is a picture of the relationship between God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
