 “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7). Our thoughts affect our behavior for good or evil. If a person dwells on negative thoughts that person will become negative and pessimistic. If we fill our minds with good thoughts, we will do good things.

There is a relation between our thoughts and our behavior. What we think about, we do. If we fill our thought life with wholesome things, the result will be seen in every area of life.

 What started as a small group of people seeking God’s guidance has grown into a solid church steadily building on its humble beginnings.

 There are days in a person's life when it is very hard to be cheerful.

Every day that we live, we encounter a multitude of changes ... some good, some not so good, some downright disheartening. 

When we must endure life-changing personal losses that leave us feeling depressed, rejected and unloved, there is a place we can turn for comfort and assurance. We can turn to our heavenly father who is the same yesterday, today and forever. (Hebrews 13:8)

 We live in a stress-filled world and life seems to get pretty complicated at times. How can we cope with daily stress?

Observe the life of Jesus and learn from him how to handle stress.

Jesus was constantly under pressure from which any one of us would cave, but Jesus remained at peace. He never seemed to be in a hurry and always appeared at ease. How did he do it? His life was based on several principles of stress management.

If we follow these principles, we can have less pressure and more peace of mind in our lives.
