A frozen food prep class will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 27 at the LaRue County Extension Office. Learn the basics of stocking your freezer with ready to cook meals. Covers best containers to use and food safety tips. No registration required and the event is open to everyone. The class is sponsored by County Homemaker organization.
The Green County Jr Miss Committee is having a formal wear consignment sale fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday February 6. The fee is $5 per dress, $3 for shoes and jewelry and the seller sets their price and keeps all proceeds of the items sale.
