Youth minister charged with custodial interference

A Hodgenville man is facing charges of custodial interference.

Gabriel D. Kazee, 34, is accused of picking up a 16-year-old boy at the parking lot of a fast food restaurant, without the permission of the boy's grandparents. The boy rode the bus to LaRue County High School, then walked across the road to McDonald's where Kazee was waiting for him, according to court records.

The boy's grandparents, who have custody of him, were not informed of his whereabouts for some time, according to their attorney.
