Women's health forum set for Saturday

Hardin Memorial Hospital will be sponsoring a women’s health forum, “Your Health:  As Good as Gold” on Saturday.

The event is an opportunity for women to take some time for themselves.

“Women are typically taking care of other family and friends and this is an opportunity for them to focus on their own health and what they can do to take care of themselves,” HMH Community and Industry Education Manager Karen Blaiklock said.

The forum will be held 8 a.m. to noon in the fifth-floor auditorium at HMH.
