Woman leads police on chase on I-65

An out-of-state woman in a stolen rental vehicle led police in a pursuit Wednesday morning on Interstate 65 that began near the LaRue-Hart County border and ended in Clark County, Ind.

Carolyn S. Jones, 26, of Killeen, Texas, was driving a white 2010 Chevrolet G3 van when she sped past an unmarked Kentucky State Police unit at 8:57 a.m. near the 75-mile marker on I-65, according to a KSP news release. The van that Jones was operating had been reported stolen by Hertz Rental Cars.
