The National Weather Service's winter weather advisory issued Friday included LaRue County on the storm front's western edge. After overnight conditions delivered light rain only, the alert area was reduced and LaRue now remains outside the advisory.
Some snow is still possible today and hazardous road conditions could develop.
The rain mixed with snow is expected to change to all snow around 7 tpnight, according to the latest forecast. The Weather Service now expects less than a half inch in the Hodgenville area.
