An Elizabethtown man and Radcliff woman were arrested Tuesday at their homes and charged with felonies for allegedly involving a child in sex. Jeffrey Mark Farmer, 46, and Christin Nicole Dague, 26, face Class B felony counts of complicity to use of a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance and complicity to promoting a sexual performance by a minor. Radcliff Police Department Detective Ralph Craig said the investigation that led to the charges has been ongoing for “about a year now.’’ Craig said the incidents occurred at a Radcliff residence. Asked if the “use of a minor” meant photographs or videos were taken or a sex act was performed, the detective said, “It could mean all of the above.’’ Both were released Wednesday from the Hardin County Detention Center on $15,000 cash bonds. Dague is scheduled to appear Tuesday in court. No information was available on when Farmer is scheduled to make a court appearance. Farmer and Dague, who both are listed as married on arrest records, were charged following an indictment issued Friday. The indictment remained sealed late Wednesday afternoon. Conviction of a Class B felony is punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison.
