Truck Sales owners plead guilty to fraud

The three former owners of LaRue County Truck Sales have entered guilty pleas in LaRue Circuit Court to charges of defrauding creditors and customers.

Kenneth D. Bailey, 68, and his wife Linda Gardner Bailey, 64, formerly of Arlington, Texas, and their partner Steve Sweat, 42, of Lexington, Tenn., pleaded guilty to 15 counts of theft by deception, complicity; 30 counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of property over $300, complicity; and 15 counts of defrauding a secured creditor over $100, complicity.
