At 2 a.m. Sunday, it instantly became 3 a.m. as Daylight Saving Time returns.
That means morning arrived earlier than your body might expect Sunday. It also means more daylight hours in the early evening.
If it seems like the time change occurred sooner than you remember, that's because it is.
In 2007, Daylight Saving Time moved to the first Sunday in March as part of an energy conservation bill passed by Congress. It also now lasts until the first Sunday in November, when the missing hour returns.
