Hope can be renewed for residents who may be struggling to make ends meet in New Hope. The town has one more resource available to the community – a thrift store. The project, which has been in the works for about two years, finally came to fruition Friday when the store celebrated its grand opening.
The opening couldn’t have happened at a better time, “everybody’s in a world of hurt,” said Carmel Cecil, director of services at the New Hope Food Bank.
