Three injured in crash on Oak Hill Road

 Three people are recovering from injuries received in a two-vehicle crash on Nov. 29.

Sherryll Krogg, 69, was driving a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire on Oak Hill Road toward Jenkins Road about 5 p.m., according to the LaRue County Sheriff’s office.

Krogg’s vehicle sideswiped a 1986 Chevrolet pulling a bushhog. The Sunfire struck the mower deck, according to the accident report.

Krogg and her passengers, Lorena Russell, 95, and Samantha Krogg, 38, were transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital by LaRue County EMS and Hardin County EMS.

Samantha Krogg was treated and released, according to HMH. Russell and Sherryll Krogg were admitted for treatment.

Andrew Patterson, 45, the driver of the Chevrolet, and his passengers, Chase Patterson, 17, and Norman Cox, 75, were uninjured.

Upton Fire Department assisted with extrication.
