Three indicted by Hart grand jury

 A Hart County grand jury indicted several people in December.

They include:

Darron R. Harris, 33, of Magnolia for possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and an unspecified drug.

Darnell Shipp, 50, of Upton for possession of a firearm by convicted felon, tampering with physical evidence for hiding marijuana and a bottle of mixed pills in a pile of leaves, possession of marijuana and being a persistent felony offender.
