Three more people were charged last week with manufacturing methamphetamine. The arrests came on the heels of similar charges against seven other people in a two-day period.
Mark E. Matthews, 54, of Buffalo; Deborah Ann Salsman, 49, of Elizabethtown; and Alysha Dawn Metcalf, 21, of Elizabethtown, were each charged Sept. 12 with manufacturing meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance; possession of marijuana; and buy or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Metcalf was also charged with failure to appear.
They were lodged in the LaRue County Detention Center. Bond for each was set at $50,000 cash.
They were arraigned Sept. 14 in LaRue District Court and assigned a public defender.
Salsman’s bond was reduced to $25,000 cash or property; bond reduction for Metcalf and was denied until further evidence could be heard.
Preliminary hearings on all three will be held Sept. 21.
