Tennis teams defeat Bardstown, Campbellsville

The LaRue County tennis teams improved their records last week with wins over both Bardstown and Campbellsville.    

Head coach Chris Estes started the season with a very young team that has continuously improved – placing LaRue in a strong position tournament time.

The boys’ team (4-3) defeated Bardstown 4-1; the girls (3-3) won 5-0.

In singles, Dylan Parr claimed an easy victory for the Hawks, 6-2, 6-0. Caleb Canter won his match 8-3.
