A 17-year-old boy was charged June 21 with trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Hodgenville City Police.
The teenager was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a traffic stop by Officer Brandon Casey about 1:15 a.m., according to Police Chief Steve Johnson.
The officer found marijuana and scales in the vehicle, said Johnson.
The charges are misdemeanors and will be resolved in Juvenile Court. The teen was released to his parent.
