A Bardstown teen was charged with four counts early Sunday after allegedly fleeing from Kentucky State Police.
Mathew K. Farnsworth, 17, was driving a Honda TRX 450 about 2:25 a.m. March 17 on Wayne Ennis Road, according to Trooper Chris Berry’s report.
When Berry engaged his lights, Farnsworth “fled off road” about a mile “in disregard of his passenger.”
Farnsworth allegedly “ditched the 4-wheeler ... and walked through the woods back to the party.” Berry’s report indicated Farnsworth admitted to driving the ATV.
