A man police accused of causing an explosion and fire during a methamphetamine operation at an Upton apartment earlier this month died Aug. 22 at University Hospital in Louisville after weeks of suffering from extreme burns sustained in the blast and fire.
William Pearl Rucker, 45, of Munfordville, was severely burned by the explosion and subsequent fire Aug. 3 at the Murrieltown Road apartment complex where he’d been renting an apartment.
